Mark, I am not sure if you are aware but, despite his protestations of injury,Trevor had a great run in the Amsterdam Marathon last weekend, with a time of 3:24:23. Trevor finished in 1080th place out of 6515 and was 167th in the vet45 category. His split times were 1:40:52 and 1:43:31. His fastest 5 km section was done in 23:26 - some of us would have difficulty doing one 5km race in that. At recent BARF training Trevor has not been running, and seemed to be only going to Amsterdam because he had entered & paid for flights. At BARF training, when he appeared on his bike, he gave every impression of being so injuried that there was no way he would be running a marathon. Perhaps we should ask Trevor to deliver our very own marathon seminars.
